In response to increasingly stringent regulations in industrial gas emissions, GAZOMAT, a specialist in advanced gas leak detection instrumentation, have developed a methane and VOC emissions monitoring system that offers natural gas facility operators and processing industries a comprehensive, yet straightforward solution.
The NGMesh solution is a web-based enterprise system including all hardware and software. This Enterprise Application Software drives the tools and the whole monitoring process:
- Leak measurement data collection with geolocation from stationary sensors (GAZPODs) and mobile detectors
- Secure, wireless data transfer, via a built-in cellular network connection and the NGMesh survey mobile app
- Real-time monitoring updates
- On-site leak confirmation scheduling based on automated leak alerts
- Data storage
- Data reporting and distribution to appropriate parties
The NGMesh solution is a combination of vehicular and pedestrian inspection tools for scheduled on-site leak localizations and fixed sensor stations for remote continuous monitoring.
It is also the combination of laser-based methane detection technologies down to ppb accuracy and latest communication technologies ensuring fast and reliable data transfer.
Emissions data can be accessed all the time, everywhere, as often as needed. The system is designed as a decision-making tool to assist in the leak remediation process, efficiently.
